Contenuto della Posizione
Il/la stagista sarà inserito/a nel Team Process Management e avrà l’obiettivo di contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi strategici dell’area
Darà supporto in modo particolare sulle seguenti attività:
- Mappatura processi in ARIS
- Analisi Processi con metodologia Lean Six Sigma
- Supporto nella stesura e pubblicazione procedure
- Supporto progetti/ iniziative banca
Obiettivi formativi:
Il/la stagista, nel percorso di stage, avrà modo di apprendere:
- Conoscenza tool quali Aris, Sharepoint (Inforange) e Power Automate
- Tecniche di mappatura processi
- Analisi processi
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea preferibilmente in Ingegneria, Economia
- Conoscenza Excel intermedio-avanzato, Powerpoint, ottimo inglese sia scritto che parlato
- Capacità di lavorare in team, rispetto delle scadenze e ottime doti analitiche, ottime attitudini relazionali anche in contesti internazionali
Durata tirocinio: 6-12 mesi
