Start Up BPO - Collections Executive [Malaysia]


 

Collections Officer job description should contain a variety of functions and roles including:

  • Reviewing the debtor list.
  • Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.

  • Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
  • Negotiating suitable payment plans.
  • Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
  • Responding to customer queries.
  • Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on rotational shifts (NO OVERNIGHT SHIFT)
  • Potential WFH
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree (SPM holders must have experience)

Working hours: Training or 1 month : 9.00am –5.45pm

Shift After training:

  • 8am -5pm
  • 8.30am -5.30pm
  • 9am -6pm
  • 9.30am -6.30pm
  • 10am -7pm
  • 10.30am -7.30pm
  • 11am -8pm

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
