What we’re looking for
Fusion OB project consists in preparing, deploying and maintaining the Oracle ERP Cloud solution, in line with the overall Orange Group ERP strategy, with an end-to-end functional scope starting from order intake along to the financial reporting, across the whole OB division.
Oracle Fusion Sales-to-Cash Expert (functional consultant) maintains the solution on its domain: features, configuration/set-up, data objects, reports and interfaces: Oracle Fusion customer data management, Oracle Fusion receivables, Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections, etc.
What you’ll be doing
Working hand in hand with the team’s Business Leads and other solution experts, he/she configures the solution and delivers reports and interfaces owned by the domain, in order to address submitted use cases, along the adoption of the ERP;
- leverages the application, his/her own experience and other experts in the Group to promote the adoption of standard, smooth and streamlined processes.
- in charge of issuing the general specifications and validation of the interfaces and complex reports required in the domain.
- detects, reports and follow-ups the application defects toward the application provider for the domain (Service Requests);
- documents and follows-up request for changes toward the editor (Enhancement Requests), and defines work arounds when critical and possible
- maintains the on-line help guiding the use of the application, and provides support for user issues submitted to the domain * upon application upgrades, assesses and tests new features released, and performs regression testing
- contributes to the data migration for the objects owned by the domain
- transfers the knowledge to domain’s run&support team in charge of the solution support
What you need to know/have
- Successful experience with ERP implementation (minim 5 years)
- Successful experience around Oracle Fusion order-to cash
- Expert in the features and the data model of following modules/engines of Oracle Order-to-Cash area, preferable in Cloud version: Oracle Fusion customer data management, Order management, Oracle Fusion receivables, Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections, AutoAccounting, eTax, SLA and General Ledger
- Working experience with different BI reports and data models, Web Services and Rest APIs and SQL language
- Oracle Financial Cloud GL Implementation Specialist, Oracle Financial Cloud Receivables Implementation Specialist certifications would be appreciated
- Great team spirit
- Autonomous and comfortable with iterative work approach
- Very good communication skills - Fluency in English, French - intermediate level
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, such as Business Administration, Finance / Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science
