- To monitor & coordinate the works of general worker and sub-contractors.
- Provide site photo to the Project Engineer / Project Managers on the progress of site activity.
- Ensure project meets client’s quality standard.
- To attend valuation of progress claim (site measurement) with subcontractor.
- To monitor and ensure project quality plan, work program and monitoring project progress, installation, servicing and / or maintenance works are according to drawing contract specification and work schedule.
- Assist Project Engineer to prepare & compile (Progress Report) which include details of BQ claim, summary of BQ claim, as built drawing & site picture.
- Identify and resolve any site issue.
- ·To compile all incoming Delivery Order/Invoice and send back to office.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
